NEW unique SPRAY DRYER/CHILLER for early stage development
 

ProCepT, specialist in miniaturized lab scale process technology, launches the MICRO-SPRAY, a new unique SPRAY DRYER/CHILLER, used in early stage development with new API.

What makes the unit so unique compared with existing machines on the market:

  • Small samples starting from 0,25 ml
  • Yield above 90%
  • Controlled particle size (5 - 70 µm)
  • Glass process column
  • Temperature sensitive products
  • High containment solutions
  • Data Acquisition with "real-time" trending and batch record of all critical process parameters in Excel

    • Different materials have been tested such as: protein, peptide, hormone, bacteria, vaccine components, excipients,... and scale up has been successfully made.

    The MICRO-SPRAY will be shown at the ACHEMA exhibition
    (15–19th of May) at the ProCepT stand P14     in Hall 4.0
